Pierre Mantoux is a symbol of femininity, elegance, romanticism and refined seduction. Hosiery, bodywear and beachwear with a tailor-made approach that embody the brand’s values: exclusivity, tradition and innovation.



Following the end of World War II, the company was taken over by their son Remo and his wife Velia, who revolutionised the concept of hosiery. They transformed it from a functional product to a unique, inimitable and coveted fashion accessory.
This revolution was also evident in the brand. Production distribution shifted from wholesale to retail, so it was essential to create a captivating brand name that was modern yet precious and elegant. Pierre Mantoux was born, inspired by the French couturiers that were so popular in the 1960s.




On the occasion of its 90th birthday, Pierre Mantoux chose to celebrate by creating a collaboration with Carine Roitfeld. The project tells the story of the importance of empowerment of every woman, the union between the seduction of feminine intellect and the power of feeling confident wearing a pair of stockings, the right ones, for every occasion.

It was with the fourth generation, represented by Patrizia Giangrossi’s daughters Chiara and Costanza Ferraris, that Pierre Mantoux took on an international profile, entering the world’s most prestigious department stores, thanks to the expansion of the brand’s range.
The collection now includes not only hosiery, but also bodywear, loungewear and beachwear, all united by a single leitmotif: a tailor-made approach, a family feel and a commitment to Italian manufacturing.
